Step 2: Onboarding & Baseline Assessment

📊 Know Your Starting Point. If we’re a match, we’ll gather baseline data (fitness level, nutrition habits, training history, mindset) and set clear, personalized goals. This becomes the foundation of your plan.


Step 3: 3-Month Coaching Block

🏋️ Train + Learn
You’ll go through a focused coaching phase where you’ll learn to integrate endurance training, strength and conditioning, nutrition, and mindset into your routine. This is where real progress happens — not just in fitness, but in confidence and consistency.


Step 4: Continue or Go Solo

🚀 Choose Your Path
After three months, you’ll have the tools and knowledge to train on your own. Some athletes choose independence, while others continue coaching for accountability, support, and long-term growth. Even the best athletes have coaches — because sometimes accountability is the difference between progress and plateaus.
